2. Prepare
You will receive an appointment confirmation and an invitation to our patient portal, Practice Better.
Using your emailed invite, create an account on Practice Better.
Fill out your Intake Forms prior to your first visit
*national reported avg of 9-16 min spent in conversation with a health care provider/visit
3. Telemedicine Visit
Prior to your appointment, make sure you've created an account on Practice Better
Once it's time to join, log in and click the visit tab to connect!

Payment
-The initial intake packet contains credit card consent.
-Your credit card will be billed in full after each office visit.
(*Some insurances will reimburse for the visit. Each patient can contact their insurance for more information regarding reimbursement.
-Labs or imaging can be billed through your insurance
at the specific location of service.
-$25 CANCELLATION FEE for appointment cancellations or
rescheduled less than 48 hours in advance.
-Initial Intake visit - $250
(compared to recommended fee of $330)
-Follow up visit -$200
(compared to the recommended fee of $230)
Booking fee $75
This holds your appointment slot and is applied to your visit.
Non-refundable for cancelled visit
Some patients opt to submit a claim to their insurance company for possible reimbursement. See below for more info.
