Amanda Ricker, FNP

Family Nurse Practitioner/Certified Menopause Practitioner

Founder, Women's Wellness for LIFE, pLLC

north Carolina, Virginia &  Florida

I founded Women’s Wellness for Life because I wanted women to have something that can be difficult to find in traditional healthcare: enough time to tell their full story.

For more than a decade as a Certified Menopause Practitioner, I have cared for women through perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.

My approach extends beyond treating hot flashes or adjusting hormone doses. I consider sleep, mood, sexual health, metabolic and cardiovascular health, bone and muscle health, and the long-term changes that may influence how a woman feels and ages.

As a family nurse practitioner, certified nurse-midwife, and Certified Menopause Practitioner, I believe in shared decision-making. My role is to explain the evidence clearly, help you understand your options, and create a plan that reflects your symptoms, medical history, risks, preferences, and goals.

My connection to Virginia, Florida, and North Carolina is personal. I grew up in Roanoke, Virginia, and graduated from James Madison University. I later spent seven years living and working in South Florida while attending Florida Atlantic University. Today, I call North Carolina home—the place where I am raising my children.

It is a privilege to care for women during this important phase of life. This work is more than our profession—it is our passion. We look forward to getting to know you and serving you well.

Sara Bennett, FNP

Family Nurse Practitioner

North Carolina

I've spent the past 14 years in healthcare as a Registered Nurse, Family Nurse Practitioner, and Nurse Educator. Each role has shaped my passion for delivering compassionate, evidence-based care and empowering patients to thrive.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals and families through wellness, illness, transition, and transformation. One thing has always been clear- people want to feel seen, heard, and supported.

That belief is what fuels my work today. I’m committed to creating meaningful connections while helping patients navigate their health journey.

As a provider, I value collaboration, listening deeply, and crafting care that fits each person’s unique story.

I’m honored to be on this path and look forward to connecting with you, wherever you are. Let’s grow, learn, and walk this journey together.

I’m Margaret Rajkovich, PA, and I’m passionate about helping women feel heard, understood, and supported throughout perimenopause and menopause. With seven years of experience in women’s health, medical research, and a background in urogynecology, I understand that this transition can affect many aspects of a woman’s health, vitality, and quality of life.

I hold both a master’s degree and a doctorate in Physician Assistant Studies and I’m committed to providing evidence-based, personalized care. I believe every woman deserves to be heard and that menopause care should never be one-size-fits-all. My goal is to listen to your concerns, help you understand your options, and work with you to develop a care plan that aligns with your individual needs and goals.

I strive to create a welcoming, judgment-free space where you feel comfortable asking questions and empowered to take an active role in your health.

Physician Assistant - Virginia

I have had the opportunity to care for patients as a PA across a variety of settings, including internal medicine, primary care, and functional medicine. These experiences have allowed me to support patients through both acute and chronic conditions while
also developing a deeper appreciation for preventive care.

Through my experience in primary care, I found myself wanting to provide an even deeper level of support for my patients. I wanted more time to listen and better insight into the many factors that impact overall health. This led me to certify with the Institute
of Functional Medicine and expand the tools I use to help patients.
Today, I blend functional and conventional medicine to provide a more personalized approach to women’s health.

While I have a special passion for helping women understand and optimize their hormones, I recognize that hormones are connected to every system in the body. Together, we may explore areas such as stress, gut health, metabolic health, nutrition, sleep, and lifestyle to uncover the causes of imbalance and create a plan tailored to your unique needs. My goal is not only to help you feel better today, but to support your long-term health, optimize your well-being, and help prevent chronic disease.

Natalie Coale

Certified integrative health coach

East coast

Hi, my name is Natalie, and I’m an Integrative Health Coach passionate about helping women build healthy, sustainable lifestyles that support long-term wellness. I grew up in Pittsburgh, PA, graduated from Virginia Tech, and now live in Wilmington, NC with my husband and our three children. I’m certified through the Integrative Health Practitioner Institute (IHP) and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and also hold a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) certification.
My health and wellness journey began after losing my mom to breast cancer in my twenties. Ten years later, I lost my dad to ALS. Walking alongside both of my parents as they battled life-altering illnesses profoundly shaped my perspective on health and ignited a desire to take a more proactive approach to my own wellness.
After years of immersing myself in the wellness industry and navigating my own health
challenges, I’ve learned true wellness isn’t found in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all programs but through consistent choices that support the body’s natural ability to heal and thrive.
My coaching focuses on the foundational pillars of wellness: nutrition, sleep, movement, nervous system regulation, circadian rhythm, and low-toxin living. I take a bio-individual approach because each woman’s health journey is unique. My goal is to help women cut through the confusion, feel empowered in their choices, and build lasting habits that support their health for years to come.
I'm excited to work with you and start your journey to wellness!
