Amanda brings more than a decade of experience as a Certified Menopause practitioner with a background in Family Medicine and Women’s Health. Her practice is based on a whole-woman approach that considers symptoms, long-term health, and each patient’s individual goals.

Sara brings 13 years of experience as a registered nurse, family nurse practitioner, and nurse educator. With a background in orthopedics, she is passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based care that address all the sympotms that arrise w/ hormonal changes.

Payment
The initial intake packet includes authorization to keep a credit card on file. Your card will be charged in full after each office visit.
Women’s Wellness for Life is an out-of-network practice. Some insurance plans may reimburse a portion of your visit cost. Patients are encouraged to contact their insurance company directly to ask about out-of-network benefits & reimbursement requirements.
Laboratory testing and imaging may be billed through your insurance by the facility where those services are performed.
Cancellation Policy
A $75 cancellation fee applies to appointments canceled or
rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice.
